The Community Center
Open every Monday and Thursday from 3 to 7pm
The Village at Santa Barbara is pleased to open The Community Center. We hope you enjoy it!
The Community Center includes an area for adults with couches and a coffee table. This area is perfect for parents who bring their children to the Community Center. It is a great place to read, talk, or just relax.
The Community Center also has a “Kids Corner” – a great place for young children to play, read, and learn. In addition, the outdoor patio area includes various toys, a playhouse, and a grass area for children to enjoy.
You are welcome to also use the kitchen in the Community Center. It is complete with a sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and oven. Please use all appliances at your own risk. Also, do not store anything in the freezer or refrigerator.
The Director of The Community Center is Patty Wilson. Patty can be reached
at Patty.Wilson@TheTurnerFoundation.com or 805-730-1200.
Questions can also be directed to Dean Wilson, Executive Director of The Turner Foundation,
at 805-857-3326.

…as well as an Art Center and “Kids Corner”— which has many books, games and toys. There are couches, a television and a furnished kitchen for residents to use as well. Residents can feel free to come over and cook dinner for their family! Also, kids can enjoy the outdoor play area —which includes a sandbox, BBQ, table and chairs and many toys. |
