Through our Hopeful Housing model, we own and or operate two apartment communities for low-income individuals and families, and five homes specifically for transitional-age youth. Each community offers supportive services tailored to the unique needs of its residents, creating hope through housing and purposeful opportunity.

What Does $100/Month Do?
Your gift each month helps us:
Safe Housing
Provide one full month of safe housing for a young adult at the Foundation House
Cover utilities and maintenance for one housing unit for a month
Fund housing support services including case management and life skills training
Community Learning Centers
Cover 30 days of after-school care at our Community Learning Centers
Supply educational materials and supplies for 50 students for one month
Sponsor one week of summer camp activities for 20 children
Music & Imagination
Offer 12 private music lessons through our Music & Imagination program
Purchase musical instruments and equipment for studio programs
Fund band rehearsals and performances for our youth ensembles
