The Village is an apartment community located on the West Side of Santa Barbara. This area has transformed over the past years into a safe and lively community. The staff is fully committed to improving the lives of the tenants and involved daily in the on-site programing offered to The Villagers.

The Lighthouse is the second apartment community we have acquired and is also located on the West Side of Santa Barbara. The community has undergone vast renovations, including the addition of our second community learning center. The same programs & services offered at the Village are now offered to all residents at the Lighthouse.
